1990 Honduran Law of municipalities
Legislative Decree 134-1990, Law of Municipalities. Published in the Official Gazzette No. 26, 292. The law establishes, among other things, the obligation of municipal councils to consult with local communities and the use of the consultative assembly (cabildo abierto).
