2012 Social Organizations Sign Public Complaint against IACHR Amendment of Precautionary Measures regarding Marlin Mine
In 2012, following the Inter-American Commission on Human Right's decision to lift an element of the precautionary measure requiring the suspension of the Marlin Mine, "233 European, North American, and Latin American social organizations" signed a public complaint opposing the amendment.
