2013 Press Conference and Forum on Metallic Mining Prohibition

On 17 September 2013, the National Roundtable Against Metallic Mining in El Salvador (La Mesa) held a press conference and forum in San Salvador on the new proposed law prohibiting metallic mining in El Salvador. La Mesa called for citizens to participate in the process of promoting legislative approval of the proposed law as an essential step to protect El Salvador's future.
