2015 JPIC holds Forum on the Threat of Mining and the Problem of Water in El Salvador

On 21 November 2015, a forum, called "the threat of mining and the problem of water in El Salvador", was held at the offices of the Conference of Religious People in El Salvador. Presentations were given by representatives of the National Roundtable Against Metallic Mining in El Salvador (La Mesa) and the Centre for Research in Trade and Investment (CEICOM), and Yanira Cortéz, a Deputy Human Rights Ombudsperson (PDDH).
