2015 Week long festival demanding OceanaGold leave El Salvador

In September 2015, a week long festival, called "IX Festival for the Sovereignty and Self-Determination of Communities: Get out of El Salvador, OceanaGold!", was held in San Isidro, Cabañas. The festival was hosted by the Francisco Sánchez 1932 United Movement (MUFRAS-32). The principal objective was to gather as many people as possible to collectively express their rejection of the Pacific-Rim/OceanaGold mine and demand that they withdraw their complaint against El Salvador.
